Spacious 3 bed/3 bath home with a/c. Excellent for family/friends. Great 3rd floor sun deck and a small patio with BBQ off kitchen. This is the best place to take advantage of San Diego sun and beaches in a wonderful area of Mission Beach with kind, respectful neighbors! No parties or excessive noise. Strict noise policy

Good to know

Spacious open living room making room for the whole family. Accommodates 8 adults. The garage is on the first floor and the living space is on the 2nd and 3rd floors. There is one bedroom located on the main floor with a common area bathroom. Upper floor (3rd floor) holds the master bedroom with en-suite bath and 3rd bedroom with en-suite bath. 3rd level also holds spacious patio/balcony. Living room on the main floor holds a queen sofa sleeper.

House has central a/c and heat. Dog friendly. $200 pet fee per stay. Please inform us if bringing a dog or dogs(s). If we are not informed and find that a pet has been on the premises this is grounds for removal with loss of security deposit. Additional fee for multiple dogs, please inquire.

- No parties at the house. Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. Please be respectful to our full time neighbors by keeping noise down on any patios or outdoor spaces after 9pm.

Great area of Mission Beach. Steps to the bay and one block to the beach. Walk to everything. Rent paddle boards/bikes just down the street. Great place to explore the bay and beach and embrace San Diego Living at its finest. Safe area. Easy walk to Belmont park, roller coaster and dining.

Guest Access

Guests have access to the entire home. 75 inch TV in living room. Garage and laundry access. Note garage is wide but not very deep - keep this in mind with car rental options. Garage Dimensions: 6’10” height; 9’ width; 15’4” length. If you park in the garage, do not leave garage door open under any circumstances. There is also street parking - with many spots one block away on El Carmel Street which is next to the Mission Bay Yacht Club. Mind street sweeping signs if parking on Mission Blvd.

We had a wonderful stay at Kendra's place in Mission Beach. The townhouse was very spacious and light, and beautifully furnished. We felt very welcome and comfortable there. The location was just exactly what we were looking for - on the bay side, but literally two blocks from the beach. It was in a quiet neighborhood, but within walking distance from great restaurants and shops. This is definitely a place we would choose to stay in again on a future trip.

Such a great house! Extremely comfortable (the master bed....ahhhh) and well equipped. It was our first time in the area and we could have not asked for a better location. Smack in between Belmont Park and PB allows for great restaurants and a lot to do but the beach wasn’t as packed as it was north or south of us. Our kids took full advantage of the public scooters to get around and we doubled our step goals every day we were there! Kendra and Rob are fantastic and communicative hosts and supply all the info you would need to know about the house, as well as what to do in the area. Kendra let me know in advance that the garage is tiny and she wasn’t kidding. Our car was about 3” too long to fit but, not to worry, Saturday was the only day parking was tricky. Hope to stay again next summer! Thanks Kendra and Rob!

This place is absolutely amazing. You cannot beat the location. Steps to the beach and bay. Easy access to everything San Diego has to offer. The house is beautiful and clean and great for families or bigger groups. Hospitable neighbors, amazing weather and a location you can’t beat! I highly recommend this place and hope to be back soon!

Kendra and Rob’s home is warm and inviting; beautifully decorated and well appointed. The space is great for families and is a wonderful place to relax after a long day in the sun! The bay and beach are both steps away and the whole area is a special part of the Mission/Pacific Beach area. We really enjoyed our family vacation this 4th of July and look forward to our next stay! We had a perfect Thanksgiving while staying at Kendra's place. Everything was better than I had hoped for and the communication with Kendra was both immediate and accommodating. This is the perfect location for beach lovers. Steps to the sand and walking distance to restaurants, bars and other fun spots. If you don't want to walk, there are motorized scooters all over town which we took full advantage of. Kendra's home is very comfortable and clean. We had everything we needed and more. Can't wait to go back!

Beautiful place, three minute walk to the beach. 3 king beds and 3 restrooms was ideal for 6 people and baby. House had nice amenities and was an overall amazing home, recommend anyone to stay here, walking distance or quick uber rides to so many places.

Kendra's beach place was very clean and had everything we needed. The three bedrooms and three bathrooms were great for us since we were traveling with our grown children. Would suggest checking to make sure your car will fit in the garage. It was a very tight squeeze. Enjoy your trip to California!

Find us

Walk just across the street to the beach or just a few steps to the bay. Easy to walk to restaurants and shops. Bus runs along the main street just around the corner.
