This was truly an exceptional experience, and Kendra was an incredible host. The cottage itself was beautiful, warm, and inviting. Everything you’d hope for and more. Before checking in, we stopped by Target to grab a few essentials for cooking—aluminum foil, seasonings, and the usual items you assume won’t be provided. To our surprise, the cottage was already stocked with everything we thought we’d need (and then some). That level of thoughtfulness and anticipation is what sets this place apart. It genuinely felt like home from the moment we arrived. Kendra was outstanding! Organized, proactive, and incredibly responsive throughout our stay. She made the entire experience seamless. I can honestly say my next trip to San Diego will be planned around this cottage’s availability. Kendra, you’re amazing! Thank you for such a memorable stay!

Fantastic location with a quick walk to either the bay or ocean! We ended up spending more time at ocean and used the boogie board, chair and sand toys that were at the rental! Living space was comfortable and clean with fully stocked kitchen supplies, dining table for 6, tv with popular streaming services. Bedrooms as described were cozy but beds were kings and super comfy mattress and bedding! We didn’t use the outdoor porch as much as we hoped bc we were on the go, but great space to eat and have drinks! One tip for guests - if you don’t plan to unpack your bags fully they’ll end up on the living room floor since no space in bedrooms for open luggage or bags (as described in listing). There were hangers in closet to hang clothes and a couple shelves! Overall great location and nice little home for a beach getaway!!

Kendra is a wonderful communicator. Our stay was wonderful and the entire place was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the roomy 4 bedrooms and were able to get a peaceful nights sleep every night.

Our stay at here was excellent! The room is clean, tidy, and fully equipped. The two double beds are huge and comfortable, and the sofa bed works great too. The kitchen has absolutely everything you need, making cooking super convenient. The only minor downside is just one restroom, as my group has 4 friends. But it’s really not a problem. Highly recommended!

This place is in a great location. It’s close to lots of things to do in San Diego. The place is clean, well-maintained, and the beds are very comfortable.

Beds were very comfortable! The location was close to everything and yet also far enough off the main road that it was quiet at night. The kitchen was well stocked! If you want to park in the garage, be sure to get a very small car. Great spot for our vacation !

Beautiful & clean place. Was in a good quiet area, walking distance to good food spots, bars and stores. Kendra was an amazing host as well. Would recommend this place a million times.

Such a nice place. The patio was quiet and beautiful. We enjoyed using the BBQ grill. The walk to the bay and the beach was so short and it was nice to visit both sides. Kendra was so responsive anytime I had a question.

We had a chance to stay there as a group, and everything was perfectly clean, which is a very important factor for us. The beds and linens were perfectly fine, and the kitchen was great as well. Compared to the cost, we found it very reasonable. Overall, we had a great stay.

Kendra was such a great host! Very clear communication that made for a smooth check in. Her place is centrally located making it easy to get around and see everything we wanted to see in and around San Diego with kids. The apartment was spotless and clutter free. When we had an issue with the coffee pot, Kendra promptly replaced it with a complimentary bag of local coffee. We would definitely recommend staying here.
