House Rules

Registered Guests Only Only guests listed in the reservation may occupy the property. No visitors or unapproved guests allowed. No Smoking Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the property. A cleaning fee will be charged if smoke or odor is detected. No Pets No pets unless approved in writing. No Parties or Events No gatherings, parties, or disruptive activities. Quiet hours begin at 9 PM. Occupancy Limits Maximum occupancy must not exceed what is listed on the platform, including all infants and children. Furniture & Items Do not move large furniture or bring items outside. Any items moved must be returned to original placement before check-out. Laundry Laundry is located outside the unit. Please clean up after use and remove items promptly so others may use the amenity. Refunds Refunds are at the host’s discretion within 14 days of check-out. Violations A rule violation/intervention fee of up to $500 may apply for serious issues. Damages & Additional Fees Guests are responsible for: • Damages or excessive cleaning • Lost items • Rearranging or removing furniture • Unauthorized guests or pets • Late check-out or unapproved extensions Costs may be deducted from the security deposit or billed directly. Parking Do not park in alleys, in front of neighbors’ homes, or in red zones at any time. You may be fined or towed by the city. Contact & Emergencies For urgent issues (access, plumbing, etc.), contact us immediately. In an emergency, call 911. Guests agree to hold the hosts harmless for any injury, accident, or loss during their stay. Late check-out may be considered trespassing. Guests may be billed if police respond to disruptive behavior. San Diego Regulations Per Municipal Code §§59.5.0401 & 59.5.0501: • Noise violations may result in fines up to $1,000 per person. • Police response due to public peace or safety issues may be billed to guests. • Failure to vacate at the end of the stay may result in removal by authorities. By booking, guests acknowledge and agree to follow the Good Neighbor Policy. General Standard check-in is 4 PM and check-out is 10 AM. All guests (including infants) must be included in the reservation. Exterior Cameras Security cameras may be present outside the property. They must not be blocked or tampered with. Extended Stays (30+ Nights) Mandatory cleaning every 2–3 weeks at the same cost as the original cleaning fee. This includes towels and linens. Trash & Recycling Use blue bins for recycling, green for food waste, black for trash. Infants & Children If listed as child-friendly, guests must bring their own cribs and infant bedding. If marked unsuitable for children, we cannot accommodate younger guests. Internet Use Guests may not download or share copyrighted material without authorization. Accidents & Breakage If something breaks, please notify us immediately. We typically don’t charge for minor items, but need to know for proper cleaning and safety. Incident Management Fee Up to $500 may be charged for rule violations, separate from any cleaning, damage, or penalty fees.

Excellent Stay - Highly Recommend! Book this now! Kendra and Rob’s place (Argos Vacations) was wonderful! This home was spotlessly clean, comfortable and centrally located, making it easy to get around the Hillcrest neighborhood. (And includes parking, which is so hard to find!) My brothers and I were in town to be with family in the hospital, and this location was absolutely perfect - just steps away from both nearby hospitals. After long, exhausting days, it was such a relief to come back to this comforting apartment where we could decompress and catch our breath. And have our own king beds! Communication was excellent - Kendra even provided a digital guide with fantastic local recommendations. The large kitchen had everything we needed and we really appreciated the thoughtful touches in the unit like fluffy towels and comfortable beds that made it feel like home. Highly recommend! I’ve also stayed in one of their 2-bed units in the same building before, and it was perfect too!
