Only registered guests listed may occupy the property. No visitors or unapproved guests are allowed. No pets unless approved in writing. No parties, events, or gatherings permitted. Maximum occupancy cannot exceed what is listed on the platform. Do not tamper with or block exterior security cameras Trash sorting is required by the City: Blue = Recycling Green = Food Waste Black = General Waste Do not move large furniture or bring items outside Return any moved items to original position before check-out Laundry is located outside the unit. Please clean up after use and remove your items promptly so others may use the amenity No compensation will be offered in exchange for reviews Refunds are at the host’s discretion within 14 days of check-out A violation/intervention fee of up to $500 may apply for serious rule violations Damages & Additional Fees Guests are responsible for: Any damage or excessive cleaning needs Lost items Rearranging or removing furniture Unauthorized guests or pets Late check-out or extensions without approval These costs may be deducted from the security deposit or billed directly. Please be courteous to neighbors and do not park in alleys, in front of neighbors’ homes, or in red zones (even just for 2 minutes!) — you will be subject to fines and towing by the city. Contact us immediately via phone/text for any urgent issues (plumbing, access, etc.) -In an emergency, call 911 Guests agree to hold the hosts harmless for any injury, accident, or loss incurred during their stay. Guests agree not to download or share copyrighted material. Guests have private access to the front unit, the spacious front porch, and the BBQ area—perfect for relaxing and dining outdoors. You’ll also have access to one small parking garage and shared laundry facilities located on the side of the house. Feel free to use any beach chairs or toys available on-site, though availability isn’t guaranteed.
