As with all properties in this highly desirable area, parking is very tight and our garage door opening is 94" wide and 180" deep. However, it's common for cars to stick out of the garage about 12-18", leaving the garage door open (so it acts more like a carport). Most mid-sized SUVs should fit but please verify your car measurements to be sure. There is also free street parking and a few free parking lots nearby. Please Note: This is an authentic, nearly 100-year-old beach cottage—rich in vintage character, with creaky floors, low ceilings, and charming quirks. It’s not a modern hotel, but it’s full of heart, history, and unbeatable access to everything Mission Beach has to offer. This property also requires walking up one flight of stairs to access the front door and does not contain any outdoor spaces. We will only accommodate those guests specified and no more above and beyond that number, especially due to municipal codes regarding occupancy. NOISE & GATHERINGS Due to the residential nature of our neighborhood and out of respect for our neighbors, we have a strict policy against social gatherings or any other loud/disruptive activities, especially after 9pm. This also means no visitors (anyone not already accounted for in the booking and already staying here) at any time. Our property manager lives nearby and he’s had to ask guests to leave in the past for throwing parties. OCCUPANCY Please note the maximum occupancy and number of bedrooms specified in this listing. The maximum number of guests, including all infants and children, shall not exceed this number at all times. SAFETY There may be cameras present on the exterior of the property. Please see the listing for further details. Cameras must remain clear and not be tampered with or blocked in any way. STAYS LONGER THAN 30 NIGHTS The booking site does not have a mechanism for recurring charges, but as a benefit to both us and the guest, we do require a recurring cleaning of the unit to be scheduled once every 2-3 weeks at an additional cost equal to the original cleaning fee each time, and this would include cleaning of towels and linens. This is charged separately for each individual cleaning. FURNISHINGS Moving existing furniture out of the apartment or new furniture into it without consent of the host is strictly prohibited. Moving large furniture within the apartment from one room to another is also prohibited as our housekeeper may not be able to physically move it back once you depart. PARKING Parking details are specified in the Amenities section of this listing. If there is no reserved parking, please observe all posted parking restrictions when utilizing public parking. TRASH & RECYCLING Use blue bins for recycling, green bins for food waste, and black bins for everything else. INFANTS & BABIES If our space is listed as child-friendly, it’s because we’ve had many families with infants request to stay. While we’re happy to host those groups, please note that we do not provide cribs or infant bedding, so plan accordingly if needed. However, if our space is listed as not suitable for children under 12, that means we are unable to accommodate young guests for safety or comfort reasons. COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT We are pleased to provide you with internet service during your stay. By utilizing our internet connection, you agree not to download, share or otherwise use others' copyrighted content, such as movies, music, computer games or television shows without proper authorization OTHER We understand that accidents happen. If anything breaks during your stay (e.g., a wine glass, photo frame, vase), please let us know right away so we can clean it properly for the next guest. We generally don’t charge for small items or decor, so don’t hesitate to reach out. Should any concerns arise during your stay, we encourage you to contact us directly so we can resolve them promptly. Kendra’s home is perfect for a couples getaway. The location is right in the hub of Mission Beach and Belmont Park. The neighborhood is extremely quiet, especially at night. We got a good nights sleep while we were there. The bed and linens were soft and comfortable. The kitchen includes everything you need as far as cooking equipment and utensils. I was able to check out a little later than the website stated by simply asking. Kendra always responds very quickly. I would definitely book her home again. Thank you for such a nice place to stay!

Such a cute beach condo located within walking distance to both the bay and Mission Beach! It was perfect for my partner and I for a 3 night stay. We slept very well every night. It was so quiet and the AC worked well. The garage was such a blessing because we didn’t see any open street parking at all while we were there. We rented a Jeep Compass and it was tight turning into the garage (probably due to my inept parking skills!) but was able to back in easier than driving straight in. Next time will rent a small car if possible. Kendra was an awesome host who was friendly, responsive and accommodating. This condo is going to be on my favorite Airbnb list!
