Other Details to Note
As with all properties in this highly desirable area, parking is very tight and our garage door opening is 92" wide and 182" deep for the first garage and 94" wide and 180" deep for the second garage. However, it's common for cars to stick out of the garage about 12-18", leaving the garage door open (so it acts more like a carport). Most mid-sized SUVs should fit but please verify your car measurements to be sure. There is also free street parking and a few free parking lots nearby. You cannot park in the alley for any length of time as it blocks neighbor's abilities to enter and exit their homes.
