Every time I reached out to Kendra with questions, she immediately answered and was very helpful. The neighborhood was safe and we had a great time short distance to the beach was the best!

Kendra’s home is perfect for a couples getaway. The location is right in the hub of Mission Beach and Belmont Park. The neighborhood is extremely quiet, especially at night. We got a good nights sleep while we were there. The bed and linens were soft and comfortable. The kitchen includes everything you need as far as cooking equipment and utensils. I was able to check out a little later than the website stated by simply asking. Kendra always responds very quickly. I would definitely book her home again. Thank you for such a nice place to stay!

Location was perfect for a couples weekend away. The space was tidy with plenty of clean towels, coffee, and a very comfy bed. The beach chairs were a nice touch! Kendra was responsive and helpful. The bedroom gets a little bright in the morning. There’s no real outdoor seating area as the patio area in the front is for a different unit. It would have been nice to have a place to sit outside for morning coffee. We loved being walking distance to the beach and many cool spots and just a short drive to other parts of San Diego! Overall place was perfect for what we needed and priced right!

Such a cute beach condo located within walking distance to both the bay and Mission Beach! It was perfect for my partner and I for a 3 night stay. We slept very well every night. It was so quiet and the AC worked well. The garage was such a blessing because we didn’t see any open street parking at all while we were there. We rented a Jeep Compass and it was tight turning into the garage (probably due to my inept parking skills!) but was able to back in easier than driving straight in. Next time will rent a small car if possible. Kendra was an awesome host who was friendly, responsive and accommodating. This condo is going to be on my favorite Airbnb list!

Perfect location on the bayside. I like that side better because it's generally less crazy than the oceanside. However the oceanside is just a couple blocks away so you get the best of both worlds here. Great place. Would stay again.

It was just what my husband and I needed for our anniversary after a very rough year with family illnesses. It was quiet, peaceful, and just a couple of blocks to fabulous Mission Beach. Julio, was so helpful and nice he made our stay that much better. Thank you Kendra for the wonderful stay and the lovely anniversary card.

We spent a long weekend here to celebrate my wife’s birthday and had a wonderful time. It was a very quiet area and we were able to get a very good nights rest. The place had everything we needed and was very clean and organized. I loved that it’s only steps away from the bay and a short walk to the beach which my kids loved. Kendra was very responsive to our messages which was also very helpful. The only issue we had was finding the garage which we had to drive around the block a few times since it’s in an alley and it was hard navigating with my truck. Other than that we had a blast and we would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting a relaxing beach vacation.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming little house in Mission Beach! This was actually my second time staying here, and I loved it just as much. The location is peaceful and quiet, just a few houses from the bay and only about a five-minute walk to the beach. My favorite part of the property is definitely the front patio area — it’s cute, cozy, and perfect for relaxing, so we made sure to enjoy it as much as possible. The hosts also provide beach chairs and toys, which was such a thoughtful touch. And the outdoor shower? An absolute lifesaver after the beach! On top of all that, the host is incredibly friendly and responsive. We needed a couple of things during our stay, and they took care of everything right away. We would absolutely stay here again!
