We had a chance to stay there as a group, and everything was perfectly clean, which is a very important factor for us. The beds and linens were perfectly fine, and the kitchen was great as well. Compared to the cost, we found it very reasonable. Overall, we had a great stay.

Kendra was such a great host! Very clear communication that made for a smooth check in. Her place is centrally located making it easy to get around and see everything we wanted to see in and around San Diego with kids. The apartment was spotless and clutter free. When we had an issue with the coffee pot, Kendra promptly replaced it with a complimentary bag of local coffee. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Wish we could’ve stayed at her place, but unfortunately the air conditioning was broken and they were very nice and gave us a full refund. Really nice little spot though close to all!

Cozy cottage in Mission Beach. Great location! Cute space! As described, clean, cozy and great directions for getting in. If you have a car make sure it’s small as the garage in Mission Beach are small. We loved it and will come again ☺️

Great location, dedicated parking space, safe, quiet space. Having two bedrooms was great with a big living room, dining room and kitchen. Walking distance to the beach, the bay, restaurants, and entertainment. Kendra was a great host. Helpful, responsive, and made sure we were taken care of.

This place was cute and felt like home. The response time with Kendra was amazing. The beds were super comfy and laundry facilities definitely a plus. Perfect location for beach or bay!! Loved it!! I would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay with great kitchen amenities and space. Host was very responsive and helpful. Location was great for short walk to local restaurants and coffee, especially on Washington, University and 4/5th Ave. The hospital was close but we never really heard loud sirens or anything, so no worries about that. One easy parking space which is almost essential in this neighborhood if you don’t have a parking permit. Just short drive to airport, Beach, Balboa Park, Italian district or even SDSU.

We had a wonderful stay at this place in San Diego. The space was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained, making it easy to relax and feel at home. The location was great—close to everything we needed while still feeling peaceful. Check-in was smooth, and communication was clear and helpful. Overall, it was a very nice place to stay, and we would happily return on a future trip. Highly recommended!

Excellent Stay - Highly Recommend! Book this now! Kendra and Rob’s place (Argos Vacations) was wonderful! This home was spotlessly clean, comfortable and centrally located, making it easy to get around the Hillcrest neighborhood. (And includes parking, which is so hard to find!) My brothers and I were in town to be with family in the hospital, and this location was absolutely perfect - just steps away from both nearby hospitals. After long, exhausting days, it was such a relief to come back to this comforting apartment where we could decompress and catch our breath. And have our own king beds! Communication was excellent - Kendra even provided a digital guide with fantastic local recommendations. The large kitchen had everything we needed and we really appreciated the thoughtful touches in the unit like fluffy towels and comfortable beds that made it feel like home. Highly recommend! I’ve also stayed in one of their 2-bed units in the same building before, and it was perfect too!
